This has been my go-to Chinese spot for whenever I’m in the area. Best Chinese restaurant on campus no doubt, and possibly all of third ward. The food and portion size is great, especially for the affordable price. Front counter guy is super likable. He’s always nice & helpful. I remember my first time there I was taking awhile to order because I was overthinking the menu. He asked if I needed any help and patiently went through whatever menu questions I had. Gave his recommendations based off what I like and I’ve been a returning customer ever since!
Super good! First time trying it and I’ll definitely will be back. Very nice customer service. I walked in and ordered so there was only about a 7 minute wait which is still great in my book.
Not really a place that qualifies for a review of service or atmosphere, as it's completely take-out only. Good food! Pricing is good too :)

I loved this food so much!! I came here after my freshman orientation at UH and got the dark mixed fried rice and pan fried chicken dumplings. They were so delicious omg the fried rice was perfectly cooked and the dumplings were so hot and juciy and the sauce that came with it was perfect. I think however I would try the pork dumplings instead since to me the chicken ones were a bit plain for my liking. Overall a great place to eat and I will be coming here more often!!
Really tasty food, had pork dumplings and General Tsao chicken. Serving sizes were very generous and the flavor was delicious. The food takes some time, 20 mins, and there's no tables to east inside, there are a few picnic tables outside.
Way better than Panda Express inside the Student Center South. I always go for the Grab n Go General Tao Chicken. They have tables outside but I bring it back to the office anyway. Food is always excellent, chicken is sauced up and eggroll is fried crunchy, I always dip the eggroll in the chicken sauce. Staff & service is alright. Price is reasonable. I did get their bao and dumplings to try one time a long time ago, was unimpressed to be honest.
The lunch combo here is quite economical - so much food and a great price! We were over ambitious and also got an order of dumplings and an order of eggrolls but it made a great meal for us later.
